Susan has spent her career in the computer and healthcare arenas, honing her skills in data analysis. She has extensive hands-on experience in billing and coding from years of revenue cycle management in an ophthalmology practice. where she was also the compliance officer. She is a subject matter expert in the eye care arena as well as a licensed optician in the state of Tennessee, but has significant experience examining other provider specialties as well.

More recently, she completed a graduate program in corporate healthcare compliance in order to support her interest in healthcare fraud. While working with several law firms in data analysis and research to support qui tam cases, she began offering her skills to physicians and other healthcare providers to assist them in assessing exposure to the false claims charges.
